To show more option on how you want to create partition and install Fedora 12 on system hard disk, just click on the drop down menu and you will be present with:
Use entire drive option if you want to wipe out entire hard disk and install Fedora 12 on the hard disk.
Replace existing Linux system if you have already install Linux on the hard disk.
Shrink current system, do select this option if you want to resize current partition on your hard disk.
Use free space on your hard disk.
Create custom layout if you want to customize hard disk partition.
