Then the Fedora 13 prompt you with Writing storage configuration to disk... What this box say is that the Fedora 13 system installation going to write partition and the hard disk and then format the hard disk as you setup and configure the partition scheme in previous setup screen... and if you continue with write change to disk, all the data on the hard disk will be lost. Click on "Go back" button to reconfigure partition layout or if you really sure that you want to proceed to install Fedora 13 just click on Write change to disk to start partitioning the hard disk.

The partitioning options you have selected will now be written to disk. Any data on deleted or reformatted partitions will be lost.
